Using Your Feet Well, Comfortably

Balance, movement and foot comfort.


This week's Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson will teach you to use your feet more effectively to support ankles, knees and hips.


The connections between your feet and legs, torso, will be improved and more accessible to you. How your feet can and do affect the rest of your body is our realm of exploration.  This is a fun and useful class.
