This week we explore the relationship between shoulder girdle and pelvic girdle through the arms and legs (and spine, of course), with nuances and some turning of the pelvis. Integrating shoulders and hips, improving range of movement in shoulder girdle.
The lesson is done mostly on the floor, but also in sitting (on the floor) and kneeling. It is a cool extension of a lesson we have done before.
Remember the basic principle of Feldy teaching is to use the movements to discover where movement is easy for you and where are your limitations. And to always stay in the realm of easy, comfortable and light. So revealing and so healing that way! And moving in the direction of improvement continuously. Even as you learn to feel change in your body from movement variation to variation, you ARE changing.
