Comfort and ease in hips, pelvis, shoulders, breath - Feldy Awareness Through Movement class this week

Dear Friends, 
Posted here, for your viewing pleasure and information is a 1 minute and 12 second snippet of today's Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® class (Tues Noon) at 250 Bell St., Reno.

The year is winding down now and we've only 2 more weeks of classes left before winter break.  Our lesson this week is one of my top 5 favorites. It is a whole body lesson and focuses on balancing the shoulders and pelvis, as well as improving comfort and range of movement in spine, hips, legs, feet and ankles, low back, shoulder girdle and arms. It contains a variety of movements including some very gentle half rolling movements.

It is a lesson by Flowing Body Feldenkrais. I hope you can join us Thursday at 5 pm, at the Reno Buddhist Center, and/or Saturday at 250 Bell St.  Classes end after Saturday Dec. 15's class at 250 Bell St., and resume on Tues. Jan. 8, 2019, also at 250 Bell.
